Description

This circular trail through the rolling hills surrounding the village of Patrignone offers the perfect opportunity to explore local history and traditions, with a special focus on the capers that grow along the village’s ancient walls.

After the hike, we’ll head to the Verde Quiete restaurant for a special dinner, where capers will take center stage in a selection of mouthwatering dishes.

The meal (35 EUR, to be paid directly at the venue) includes:

Antipasto: Quail eggs in green sauce, Ham and figs, Salina tartine, Bresaola in a carpaccio bag, Pistachio balls.

First Course: Caper-scented tortelloni
