Excursion to the slopes of Mount Catria to appreciate the spiritual atmosphere of Fonte Avellana and its thousand-year-old monastery, and to enjoy the landscape of the forest.

An easy walk in nature and the beauty of this place with panoramic views of the other mountains of the Apennines up to the evocative Grotta di San Pierdamniani and a visit to the Monastery and the Botanical Garden.

Possibility of lunch at the monastery in the monks' refectory!
