Description

Forest bathing on San Paolo Hill is a mindful immersion in nature. The trees, meadows, silence of a sacred place, and the view of the lake create a natural invitation to slow down.

This practice is not a hike or a sports activity and does not require any particular physical preparation. It is an experience that allows us to reconnect with nature through all our senses, with slowness, presence, and awareness.

Requirements
Walking experience is recommended, but no specific fitness level is required.
Suitable for children and teenagers aged 12 and over.

Dogs: Not allowed.
