Description

A captivating excursion in the Natural Park of Gola della Rossa and Frasassi, one of the iconic natural sites in the Marche region where limestone and water erosion over time have created wonders worth exploring.
We will walk along the Sentino River, immersed in the ecosystem river. Then, we will ascend along a moderately challenging trail to the Foro degli Occhialoni, a natural "hole" in the mountain rich in charm and marvels of Frasassi's geological history. At the end of the excursion, a visit to the Speleo-Paleontological Museum and the small gem of the Abbey of San Vittore alle Chiuse.
